I’m Natka, founder of F&A Talent Ltd.
I’ve spent 13+ years in finance and IT business operations, working inside high-growth companies and now running F&A Talent Ltd.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with technical teams, founders, and leadership teams. I’ve seen first-hand how quickly an IT or MSP business can grow — and how easily cashflow, invoicing, and payment processes can fall behind when the focus is on delivery and clients.
I understand how IT & MSP businesses actually operate — recurring revenue, supplier commitments, growing teams, and the pressure to scale all at once. I bring this practical experience to help founders gain clarity over their cashflow and feel confident in the decisions they’re making.
